This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by
The Daily DX, 425 DX News, DXNL, Contest Corral from QST and the
ARRL Contest Calendar and WA7BNM web sites.  Thanks to all.

RODRIGUES ISLAND, 3B9.  Luca, IV3JVJ and Ivan, IK3ZAQ will be QRV as
3B9AT from December 27 to January 6, 2024.  Activity will be on 80
to 10 meters using CW, SSB, and FT8.  QSL via IV3JVJ.

BALEARIC ISLANDS, EA6.  Simon, G7WKX is QRV as EA6/G7WKX from
Mallorca, IOTA EU-004, until January 4, 2024.  Activity will be on
the HF bands.  This includes being active from some POTA and SOTA
references.  QSL via operator's instructions.

SAINT BARTHELEMY, FJ.  Phil, K2LIO is QRV as FJ4WEB and plans to be
QRV until August 15, 2024.  QSL to home call.

WALLIS AND FUTUNA ISLAND, FW.  Martin, FW4AT is QRV on 40 to 6
meters using FT8.  QSL to home call.

SWITZERLAND, HB.  Special event station HB8DELOY is QRV until the
end of 2023 to commemorate the first transatlantic contact that took
place on November 28, 1923 between stations 8AB and 1MO.  QSL via
HB9ACA.

ST. VINCENT, J8.  Gert, PA2LO will be QRV as J8TT from December 26
to January 8, 2024.  Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters using CW,
SSB, and FT8.  QSL to home call.

OGASAWARA, JD1.  Harry, JG7PSJ will be QRV as JD1BMH from December
24 to January 1, 2024.  Activity will be on 40 to 10 meters using
CW, SSB, and RTTY.  QSL via bureau.

AUSTRIA, OE.  Special event station OE0YOTA is QRV until December 31
during the Youth On The Air event.  QSL via operators' instructions.

CZECH REPUBLIC, OK.  Special event station OL300SANTINI is QRV until
the end of 2023 to honor the memory of Bohemian architect Jan Blazej
Santini-Aichl.  QSL via OK2APY.

ANTARCTICA.  Igor, RQ8K is QRV as RI1ANE from the Russian Progress
research station until May 2025.  QSL to home call.

GREECE, SV.  Special event call sign SZ65RAAG is QRV until December
31 to celebrate the 65th anniversary of the Radio Amateur
Association of Greece.  Activity is on all bands using CW, SSB, and
various digital modes.  QSL via LoTW.

EAST KIRIBATI, T32.  Members of the Rebel DX Group are QRV as T32TT
from Christmas Island, IOTA OC-024, until January 12, 2024.
Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, FT8, and FT4.  QSL via
OQRS.

ANTARCTICA.  David, VK2JDS is QRV as VK0DS from Davis Base until
November 2024.  Activity is in his spare time on the HF bands, as
well as 2 meters, and 23 centimeters using EME.  QSL direct to home
call.

AUSTRALIA, VK.  Members of the Wireless Institute of Australia are
QRV as VK100ZL until December 31 to commemorate the first wireless
contact 100 years ago between Australia and New Zealand.  QSL via
bureau.

FALKLAND ISLANDS, VP8.  Special event station VP8FLY is QRV until
December 31 to commemorate the 75th anniversary of the Falkland
Islands Government Aviation Service.  QSL direct to VP8LP.

INDIA, VU.  A group of Indian operators are QRV as AT8T4S until
January 24, 2024 from the historic city of Palakkad.  QSL via
VU3WEW.

ANDAMAN AND NICOBAR ISLANDS, VU4.  Krish, W4VKU is QRV as VU4N from
Andaman Island, IOTA AS-001, until December 26.  Activity is on 160
to 6 meters.  QSL to home call.

VIET NAM, XV.  Hiro, JA6FWJ will be QRV as XV9S from Ha Noi from
December 25 to 29.  QSL via operator's instructions.

ST. HELENA, ZD7.  Chris, HB9FIY and his wife Agata are QRV as ZD7CA
and ZD7AA, respectively, until January 14, 2024.  Activity is on 40
to 10 meters using SSB and various digital modes.  QSL via EA5GL.

SOUTH AFRICA, ZS.  Special call sign ZT1T is QRV until January 6,
2024 in remembrance of two South African amateur radio operators who
became Silent Keys in 2023.  QSL via operators' instructions.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO.  The NCCC FT4 Sprint, QRP 80-Meter CW Fox
Hunt, NCCC CW Sprint, K1USN Slow Speed CW Test, RAEM CW Contest and
the CW QRS Xmas Activity are scheduled for this upcoming weekend.
           
K1USN Slow Speed CW Test, QCX CW Challenge, ICWC Medium Speed CW
Test, OK1WC Memorial, Worldwide Sideband Activity Contest, DARC
Christmas Contest, SKCC CW Sprint, Phone Weekly Test, A1Club AWT,
CWops Test, Mini-Test 40 CW and the Mini-Test 80 are on tap for
December 25 to 27.
