This week's bulletin was made possible with information provided by

VIET NAM, 3W.  Jacek, SP5APW is QRV as 3W9C from Con Son Island,
IOTA AS-130, until December 9.  Activity is on 20, 17, 15, 10, and 6
meters using SSB and FT8.  QSL to home call.

TANZANIA, 5H.  Ferdy, HB9DSP is QRV as 5H3FM from Zanzibar Island,
IOTA AF-032, until December 5.  Activity is on the HF bands using
SSB, FM, and FT8.  QSL to home call.

MADAGASCAR, 5R.  Moise, F4EZG is QRV as 5R8VE from Nosy Fali, IOTA
AF-057, until December 3, and from the main island of Madagascar,
IOTA AF-013, December 5 to January 3, 2024.  Activity is on 20 to 10
meters using SSB and FT8.  QSL to home call.

MALAWI, 7Q.  Don, 7Q6M is QRV from Embangweni until May 13, 2024 and
has been active on 160 meters.  QSL via LoTW.

SIERRA LEONE, 9L.  Shabu, M0KRI is QRV as 9L5M from Freetown until
December 5.  Activity is on 80 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, and FT8.
This includes being active on Satellite QO-100.  QSL via LoTW.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, A6.  Members of the Emirates Amateur Radio
Society are QRV with special call sign A60WRC during the ITU World
Radiocommunication Conference 2023 taking place in Dubai until
December 15.  Individual operators may append a serial number from
/0 to /20 to this special call sign during the event.  QSL A60WRC
via EA7FTR and all others via operators' instructions.

BAHRAIN, A9.  Members of the Bahrain Amateur Radio Society are QRV
as A91ND until December 16 to celebrate the Kingdom of Bahrain's
National Day.  QSL via EC6DX.

EASTER ISLAND, CE0.  Jorge, CE0YHF is QRV until December 10 while
working at a hospital on Pascua Island, IOTA SA-001.  Activity is in
his spare time on 30 to 6 meters using some CW and SSB, but mostly
FT8.  QSL direct to home call.

MOROCCO, CN.  Yannick, F6FYD is QRV as CN2YD until March 15, 2024.
He will also be active as CN2YD/p from Agadir Island, IOTA AF-065
during this time.  Activity is on the HF bands.  QSL to home call.

NEW CALEDONIA, FK.  Jean-Louis, F5NHJ is QRV as FK/F5NHJ from Grande
Terre, IOTA OC-032, with side trips to nearby Ile des Pins, also
IOTA OC-032, until January 14, 2024.  Activity is on 80 to 6 meters
using CW and SSB.  QSL to home call.

THAILAND HS.  Brad, VK2BY will be QRV as HS0ZNR from the Nam Yuen
district from December 6 to January 14, 2024.  Activity will be on
160 to 10 meters.  QSL direct to home call.

NETHERLANDS, PA.  Special event stations PA23XMAS and PD23SANTA are
QRV until December 31 and special event station PD24HNY is QRV until
January 31, 2024 to celebrate Christmas and New Years.  QSL via
operators' instructions.

CURACAO, PJ2.  Jeff, K8ND is QRV as PJ2ND.  Activity is on the HF
bands.  He plans to be QRV as PJ2T in the ARRL 160 Meter contest,
and the upcoming ARRL 10 Meter, Stew Perry Topband DX Challenge, and
the CQ World Wide 160 Meter CW contests.  QSL PJ2ND to home call,
and PJ2T via KU9C.

GREECE, SV.  Special event call sign SX25GTC is QRV until December
15 to celebrate the 25th anniversary since the formation of the
Greek Telegraphy Club.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters using CW.
QSL via LoTW.

EAST KIRIBATI, T32.  Members of the Rebel DX Group are QRV as T32TT
from Christmas Island, IOTA OC-024, until December 21.  Activity is
on 160 to 6 meters using CW, SSB, FT8, and FT4.  QSL via OQRS.

NAMIBIA, V5.  Marc, ZS6DOT is QRV as V51NA from Walvis Bay.
Activity is on 40, 20, 17, and 15 meters using mostly SSB.  QSL to
home call.

MICRONESIA, V6.  A group of operators will be QRV as V6EU from Chuuk
Island, IOTA OC-011, from December 4 to 16.  Activity will be on 160
to 10 meters using CW, SSB, RTTY, and FT8.  QSL via DL2AWG.

COCOS (KEELING) ISLANDS, VK9C.  Yuris, YL2GM and Eugene, EA5EL are
QRV as VK9CY until December 7.  Activity is on 160 to 6 meters with
two stations using CW, SSB, and FT8.  QSL via YL2GN.

BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS, VP2V.  Operators AG9A, K2KW, KD4D and W9RE
will be QRV as VP2V/home calls from Anegada, IOTA NA-023, from
December 4 to 12.  Activity will be holiday style on 20 to 10 meters
using CW, SSB, and various digital modes.  This includes being
active as VP2VMM in the upcoming ARRL 10 Meter contest.  QSL VP2VMM
via LoTW and all others via operators' instructions.

INDONESIA, YB.  Operators YB9IPY and YC9GBO, along with Burkhard,
DL3KZA being active as YB9/DL3KZA, are QRV from Sumbawa Island, IOTA
OC-150, until December 4.  QSL direct to home calls.

THIS WEEKEND ON THE RADIO. ARRL 160-Meter Contest, NCCC FT4 Sprint,
NCCC RTTY Sprint, QRP 80-Meter CW Fox Hunt, NCCC CW Sprint, K1USN
Slow Speed CW Test, SEC QSO Party, Kalbar SSB Contest, UFT CW
Meeting, Wake-Up. QRP CW Sprint, PRO CW Contest, INORC CW Contest
and the FT Roundup will certainly keep contesters busy this upcoming
weekend.

The K1USN Slow Speed CW Test, ICWC Medium Speed CW Test, OK1WC
Memorial, Worldwide Sideband Activity Contest, ARS Spartan CW
Sprint, QRP 40-Meter CW Fox Hunt, Phone Weekly Test, A1Club AWT,
CWops Test, VHF-UHF FT8 Activity Contest, Mini-Test 40 CW and the
Mini-Test 80 CW are on tap for December 4 to 6.
